Acne scars: How to fade them away

Now that we have shown you how to get rid of ACNE we want to show you how to get rid of ACNE SCARS...

  • Egg yolk: [it contains vitamin A which is good for scars!] and moisturizes. Scars need to be well-moisturized for it to peel off painlessly.

*crack open an egg and smooth the egg yolk over face
*wait till it dries,
then wash off
*re-apply
*
do this 3 times a day for two weeks and they should all be gone by then i promise or      depending on the age of the scar, it could take a little longer but i seriously think 2 weeks would make a big difference in your scars

  • Aloe vera (gel or juice)

Apply to heal (and prevent) acne scars. Aloe vera also has mild skin lightening properties. So it won’t lighten your skin by several shades but it will fade dark marks and help to even your skin tone. The best thing to do is to cut a stem of an aloe vera plant and scoop the inside out to use it directly on the skin. If there’s hyper pigmentation, Aloe Vera can take its time to fade them.

  • Lavender oil can also be used to promote new cell regeneration and to improve acne scars. Gently massage onto affected area. U can obtain it in beauty shops.

  • Honey: pour out a teaspoon of honey into a bowl to dry out ur pimples. Dip a cotton bud into the honey and apply on the spots.

*Also try this equation to face out ur pimpled scars: Fresh tomato+ cucumber juice or paste

  • Lemon Cure for Acne
A simple remedy at home for acne: Apply lemon juice regularly to reduce pimples and acne. This has proved beneficial results.

  • Garlic Remedy for Acne
Garlic has been used successfully to cure acne. Rub with raw garlic several times a day. Garlic is known to cure the toughest of acne problems. The external use of garlic helps to clear the skin of spots, pimples and boils. To cure acne further, eat three seeds of raw garlic once daily for a month. This purifies the blood stream and ensures basic cleansing of blood & keeps acne away.

You could also combine the three only if:
You have really thick ugly pimples
You do not have sensitive skin
You have tough and thick facial skin

Also, ensure to take enough Vit A and niacin from fruits such as: Tomatoes, berries, pepper,
Carrots, figs, watermelon e.t.c. or through good multi vitamins.
Black soap: This soap comes from West Africa. It is made from plantain leaves, palm tree leaves, cocoa pods or other leaves. The leaves are burned and then water and oil is added. The oils can be coconut oil, shea butter, palm oil or cocoa butter. This means that different regions and tribes have their own ways of making black soap. Black soap is known as Ose Dudu in yoruba, Nigeria – literally, ‘black soap’.

Black soap therefore helps with acne, rashes and hyperpigmentation. It is not as drying as most soaps and can be used all over the body.
Some people end up having scars after dealing with the acne.  One lovely truth is that Acne scars can be faded away.

Acne: The Youth Face Defacer

Acne: The Youth Face Defacer
Looking around, one gets to see a lot of anomalies in the lives of people. Believe it or not a lot of people are constantly seeking ways to improve on their God-given assets and liabilities. The bolder ones will actually take a step to improving themselves through the use of various skin corrective cosmetic products they can lay their hands on in the market. Of course it is not bad to use such, but the fact still remains that there abounds mild or severe instances of skin effects either in the long term or short term.
What would we all do without our regular or designer beauty creams, shower creams, liquid washes and the likes ...of course we cannot make our own creams or cream washes but we could complement our various beauty products with natural or organic foods, fruits and vegetables abundant in the environment ( we take for granted most times) to enhance our skin, hair and body with no side effects and attain a beauty perfection we seek, while spending less to save more i.e. beauty and money wise.

Dare to care for your face with love: use only those products for your face and skin that are all natural. Organic foods are even better and doing this will aid you in having amazing looking skin in the long run. Vegetables and fruits contain many vitamins and minerals that help maintain beautiful skin, so try to explore the benefits of vegetables and fruits. Thus the secret to beauty is to minimize the use of makeup and facial products sold in the market and maximize some of the best beauty treatment and solutions such as simple foods found in our kitchen or grocery stores.

Having beautiful skin, complexion and body involves eating healthy and right food. These foods are easily available and cheap as you can buy them during your marketing trips.
The best thing about natural foods is that these foods do not contain preservatives, chemicals or irritant fragrances present in many commercial products and can be used for natural remedies and to  improve our body overall health. These foods also provide a Quick Beauty fix (QB-fix) routine from the comfort of your home zone.

Simply grab one of these foods from your fridge and start your own home made health and beauty treatment immediately.

However to be on the safe side, it is suggested that you patch test these foods to check for any allergic reaction before spreading them over your face and skin

The key to body glow, blissful health and sound mind is tied to balance...a balanced green skin diet
Acne treatment (naturally at home or otherwise) is the most sought after treatment among the younger generation. Acne is a common and chronic skin disorder. It is an inflammatory condition of the sebaceous glands and hair follicles. The lesions are usually found on the skin of the face, neck, chest and shoulders. Nearly six out of ten young people between the ages of twelve and twenty-four suffer from some degree of acne. Acne causes a great deal of embarrassment at an age when people tend to be sensitive about their personal appearance.
Foods that causes Acne whose intake should be reduced at all cost

  • Vegetable Oil
  • Sugar
  • Saturated Fats which are found in meats, eggs and dairy products such as : Milk, cheese e.t.c

In fact, if you have severe acne it is most likely due to over- eating these three foods that causes acne. Strive to take these out of your diet and your acne will clear up real fast!
Why do these foods cause acne?
They are all related to hormone production. Vegetable oils restrict the anti-inflammatory hormones PGE1 and PGE3 and also convert into the pro-inflammatory hormone PGE2. Saturated fats from meats, eggs and dairy are similar to vegetable oils in their effects, although less severe. Sugar intake causes a surge in insulin which restricts PGE1 and PGE3 production and promotes PGE2 production...PGE1 – anti-inflammatory hormone PGE2 – pro-inflammatory hormone PGE3 – anti-inflammatory hormone.
this is real bad for your skin!
